How long will my order take to arrive?
All prints are made to order with love in our small Barnsley studio. Please allow 2 working days for processing before dispatch. UK Standard Tracked orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my print?
Non-personalised prints: You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery (see our full Returns & Refund Policy).
Personalised prints: Because these are made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
My print arrived damaged, what should I do?
Oh no! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@luckyvanillastudio.com with your order number, item name, and a photo of the damage. We’ll organise a replacement or refund.
Can I customise or personalise a print?
Yes! Certain prints are available for personalisation. Note that personalised prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! We love collaborating with boutiques, gift shops, and concept stores. Please email hello@luckyvanillastudio.com or fill out our contact form to request wholesale info.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Royal Mail Tracked number via email. You can follow your parcel online.
How should I care for my print?
To keep your print looking perfect:
- Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Frame behind glass where possible
- Avoid contact with moisture
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel non-personalised prints before they are dispatched. Personalised prints cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luckyvanillastudio.com.
